Welcome to the Kentish Cobnuts Association (KCA) website. By using our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Kentish Cobnuts Association (KCA) is a non-profit membership organisation dedicated to supporting growers, promoting cobnuts, and preserving the traditional orchard landscape.

2. Website Use

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part of it) without notice.

3. Membership Terms

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals and organisations with an interest in cobnuts.

  • Membership Fee: The annual membership fee is £15.00 (£25.00 for Grower members), subject to review. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or by post with a completed membership form.

  • Membership Benefits: Membership includes access to our newsletter, invitations to events, the opportunity to be listed as a grower (if applicable), and a free Information Pack for new members.

  • Renewals: Membership runs on an annual basis from the date of payment. Renewal reminders may be sent by email.

  • Profile Listings: Grower members may have their details listed on the website. By providing your details for this listing, you agree to them being publicly visible unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of your membership term.

4. Content and Contributions

All material published on the site is for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee its reliability or completeness.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all members and website users to interact respectfully and responsibly.

  • You publish misleading or false information as a grower member

We also reserve the right to remove your grower listing at our discretion.
